Send the book back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. It does not have to be unread.
Email hello@winedarkpress.com with your order number. We reply with the return address within one business day. Return shipping is yours to cover unless the book arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, within 5 business days of the book reaching us. Your bank usually posts it in another 3 to 5 days.
We replace it or refund it, your choice, and you keep the damaged copy. No return needed.
Write to us within 12 hours of ordering and we can usually cancel before the book goes to print. After that it is a return.
